Dear Valued Customer,

Here at Arbon Equipment Corporation, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, partners and community are of utmost importance. We have been continually monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and adjusting our operations based on CDC information and guidelines.

We want to keep you informed of how Arbon Equipment is operating based on the current situation as we strive to supply our customers with the quality products and reliable service you need.

We are taking the following precautionary measures to help keep our operations running efficiently and safely.

Sales, Service and Operational Support:

  • All of our employees have been instructed to comply with the guidelines issued by the CDC including, but not limited to:
    • Using non-contact methods to greet one other
    • Practicing social distancing
    • Following published hand washing guidelines including use of hand sanitizer
    • Disinfecting surfaces
    • Wear cloth face covers
  • Office and administrative personnel continue to work from home.
  • Sales team members are operating primarily from their home offices, but are also visiting facilities as requested and allowed. Whether we communicate via telephone, email, web-based meeting platforms or in person, we are available to meet your needs.
  • Rite-Hite and other suppliers are focused on fulfilling existing orders. If and/or when we believe that a delay in any part of our supply chain could negatively impact our ability to perform work and/or maintain project schedules, we will notify you at once. 
  • All installation and service scheduling is fully operational. Our technicians in the field have been instructed to abide by the guidelines set by the CDC and you, our customers.

We understand that you are concerned with keeping your business running as effectively as possible. Arbon Equipment continues to be available to assist you in achieving this goal.

We truly appreciate your partnership and look forward to a stronger relationship as we navigate out of the current sate of business toward better times.
